4:45 am Flood Warning in Effect for Guam The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a flash flood warning, in effect for central and southern Guam. Up to 1.5 inches of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible for the area.
